What is your order processing time?

Anywhere from 1-2 weeks after initial order date! All of my items are made to order, but somethings will ship faster if I have extra stock on hand from a market or wholesale order. My printed items, such as keychains and prints, ship out on average 4-5 days. Preorder items will have all shipping information in the listing.

Am I able to cancel/change my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. If you'd like to change something in your order, you are able to switch it out for an item of equal value if you email me right away! Same goes for simply adding an item onto your order, or combining two orders to pay one shipping fee. Just email me!

Do you accept customs? 

Absolutely! I love custom orders and Im happy to do one whenever! Just shoot me an email with your idea :)

Can I buy your items for my store?

Absolutely! I wholesale directly or via Faire, my prices are lower if you wholesale directly through me! Shoot me an email or check out my storefront on Faire.

My package was marked as delivered but I cant find it, what should I do?

If your package is lost in transit I will submit a missing package claim to the USPS. This process takes about 1 -2 weeks, and when the form is resolved I will issue a replacement package if the item is deemed unretrievable. If your item is marked as delivered to your correct location, I cannot issue a refund. Please check with your local post office or your surrounding neighbors.

I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

** PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.**

I do not create my labels through Shopify - I use a third party system that prints the information directly from your order form. I can make edits to your address through Shopify, but they do not always load correctly to my system.

I do not know your address; so I wont notice a mistake when printing labels off. Please check your address before placing your order to ensure it goes to the correct place. I will not provide a refund or a reshipment if I was given the incorrect address.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

 I ensure that all of my packages are wrapped to create the safest possible transportation of the piece, but accidents do happen! If a piece arrives damaged or broken please email me some photos of the damage, and your shipping address so I can issue a replacement.

How do I care for my products?

 Apparel Care:

All of my screen printed items are done with fabric screen printing ink and heat pressed so they will not wash out of clothing. Some fading over extended periods of time may occur, to avoid this you can wash all of my screen printed items inside out on a cold, gentle cycle.  

Lasercut Care:

Please note that due to the nature of laser cutting, there are some scorch marks on the backs of some laser cut items. The fronts are not discolored at all. All pieces are all cleaned prior to shipment to the best of my abilities. For cleaning laser cut item, you can use a microfiber cloth to clean off any smudges. 

Caring for Prints and Stickers:

My prints and stickers are all sent in compostable plastic protective wrapping during shipment to avoid any water damage in case it rains while your items are in transit. All of my stickers are printed on waterproof, heavy duty vinyl and fade proof paper. My prints are printed on photo paper, and always packed with a protective backing to avoid bending during shipment.

To prevent the ink from fading overtime, avoid hanging the prints and stickers in extremely sunny places. They may become sun bleached over time.

Tattoo FAQs

How do I book an appointment?

Currently I do requests through Email, Instagram DM or through Jotform. You can send a request whichever way works best for you, tell me what you'd like to get and we can set you up with a booking link!

How much do your tattoos cost?

The shop minimum at my Studio is $200, so pricing starts there. It depends very heavily on design, size, and time the design will take. The best way to get accurate pricing would be to email me directly and we can chat! I am also always happy to work with a budget, within reason.

What payments do you accept?

Cash is preferred, but I also accept Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cashapp.

How do I take care of my tattoo?

After your first appointment with me you will recieve a small care package that includes all of my aftercare instructions!

Where do you tattoo?

I currently tattoo out of Haven Studio in Brooklyn, NY! Haven is a private studio, and you will recieve the address in your confirmation email once your appointment is all booked. :)
