FAQ 

What is your processing time?

Anywhere from 5-10 business days after initial order date! All of my items are made to order, but somethings will ship faster if i have extra stock on hand from a market or wholesale order!

Am I able to cancel/change my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are submitted, once I receive your order I begin packing or creating the item. If you'd like to change something in your order, you are able to switch it out for an item of equal value if you email me right away! Same goes for simply adding or combining two orders. If you want to combine two orders let me know, and I will refund shipping!

Do you offer rush shipping?

I do not currently offer rush shipments since my items are handmade, if you email me about an item arriving quicker than my processing time, I may be able to accommodate but its dependent on the item! Please take consideration of processing times when ordering a custom/made to order item. ♥

Do you accept customs? 

Absolutely! I love custom orders and Im happy to do one whenever! Just shoot me an email with your idea :)

Do you wholesale? 

Yes I do! I wholesale via email or via Faire, my prices are lower if you wholesale directly through me! Shoot me an email or check out my storefront on Faire.

Do you accept returns?

Since my pieces are made to order I currently do not accept returns.


Do you offer tracked shipping & insurance?

I offer tracked shipping on all of my items with the exception of sticker products to ensure that you are able to keep track of your item when it is on its way to you. Sticker Items are shipped with a regular stamp to keep costs low. All packages are insured as well!

My package was marked as delivered but I cant find it, what should I do?

If your package is lost in transit I will submit a missing package claim to the USPS. This process takes about 1 -2 weeks, and when the form is resolved I will issue a replacement package if the item is deemed unretrievable. If your item is marked as delivered to your correct location, I cannot issue a refund. Please check with your local post office or your surrounding neighbors.

I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

Please double check your address on your order page before submitting your orders! If you have made a mistake in your address, please email me directly at grlpwr.arts@gmail.com, as soon as possible. If items are shipped under an incorrect address and do not make their way to you I am not responsible.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

 I ensure that all of my packages are wrapped to create the safest possible transportation of the piece, but accidents do happen! If a piece arrives damaged or broken please contact me and we can decide the best course of action for your situation, I can always reship an item depending on its availability. 

 

PRODUCT CARE

 Apparel Care:

All of my screen printed items are done with fabric screen printing ink and heat pressed so they will not wash out of clothing. Some fading over extended periods of time may occur, to avoid this you can wash all of my screen printed items inside out on a cold, gentle cycle.  

Lasercut Care:

Please note that due to the nature of laser cutting, there are some scorch marks on the backs of some laser cut items. The fronts are not discolored at all. All pieces are all cleaned prior to shipment to the best of my abilities. For cleaning laser cut item, you can use a microfiber cloth to clean off any smudges. 

Caring for Prints and Stickers:

My prints and stickers are all sent in compostable plastic protective wrapping during shipment to avoid any water damage in case it rains while your items are in transit. All of my stickers are printed on waterproof, heavy duty vinyl and fade proof paper. My prints are printed on photo paper, and always packed with a protective backing to avoid bending during shipment.

To prevent the ink from fading overtime, avoid hanging the prints and stickers in extremely sunny places. They may become sun bleached over time.
