What is your processing time?
Since all of our items are handmade, the typical processing time is 1-2 weeks, with the exception of preorder items. When you purchase a preorder item, the preorder information and estimated shipping time will be communicated in the post for your item. All of the items in your order will ship together.
Do you accept order cancellations or returns?
We are currently unable to accept cancellations/returns due to the nature of our items. However, if your item arrives damaged, we would be more than happy to send our a replacement! All you have to to do is send an email over to grlpwr.arts@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number and we will replace it for you.
For preorder items - please take note of processing time before you place your order. Since these are preorder times, there is typically a wait time of 1-2 months since they are being externally manufactured. We will not accept cancellations for preorder items.
I put the wrong address on my order - What do I do?
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order! If you notice a mistake before the item ships, feel free to email or contact through the support form and I will edit your address before the item ships.
If the order ships to the incorrect address and you do not receive it, I will not provide a refund or a reshipment if I was given the incorrect address.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. Earrings and acrylic signage are produced locally, in Queens NYC (by hand!) as well as any painted items. Our manufactured items, such as claw clips and keychains go through a multi step process, from sampling to production to ensure that they are quality items before sending them off to you!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase - and orders over 75 ship free!
My item was marked as delivered but it did not arrive/my item arrived damaged - what can I do?
If the item arrives damaged due to improper packaging I take full responsibility and will ship out a replacement order immediately. I will always help rectify any problem to the best of my abilities.
For lost packages, all items are shipped with shipping insurance covering the entire cost of the original order. To start the process of reporting a package as lost, please contact me directly. If an item is proven lost by the post office, I will be happy to issue a replacement order, as per my shop policies I do not do refunds if items are lost.
